Nancy

My yoga practice and teaching style is a little mix and a variety of poses. Iyengar style yoga is my focus, as I believe that alignment of the body in asana is very important.
I want to share the practice and benefits of Yoga with all!

RYT 500 hour certified and 90 hours in restorative training.

Laura

I was first introduced to the the BKS Iyengar style of yoga and after years of on and off practice, joined the YogaFit world wide program of 200 and then 300 training certification.  Classes include different styles of hatha flow, yoga Nidra, yoga for balance, vinyasa and restorative.

Patricia

I have been a yoga practitioner and teacher for 50 years.  I would call the classes that I offer as restorative hatha yoga.  My intention is to offer a balance of building strength and flexibility while guiding students to explore many aspects of an inner journey.  Good beginner class.

Patricia

Hi. My name is Patricia. I have been a yoga practitioner and teacher for 50 years . Much of this was at THE ZEN ROOM in Cocoa Village for 20 of these years.Currently, I would call the classes I offer RESTORATIVE HATHA YOGA. My intention is to offer a balance of building strength and flexibility while guiding students to explore the many aspects of inner journey that yoga can bring to the surface. This is a good beginner class as well as offering sustenance for more advanced students. My students often tell me of the PEACE they leave class with. In my teaching, I consider this the highest good in all the many aspects of yoga.
