My yoga practice and teaching style is a little mix and a variety of poses. Iyengar style yoga is my focus, as I believe that alignment of the body in asana is very important.  
I want to share the practice and benefits of Yoga with all!

RYT 500 hour certified and 90 hours in restorative training.

I was first introduced to the the BKS Iyengar style of yoga and after years of on and off practice, joined the YogaFit world wide program of 200 and then 300 training certification.  Classes include different styles of hatha flow, yoga Nidra, yoga for balance, vinyasa and restorative.

I have been a yoga practitioner and teacher for 50 years.  I would call the classes that I offer as restorative hatha yoga.  My intention is to offer a balance of building strength and flexibility while guiding students to explore many aspects of an inner journey.  Good beginner class.

Ashley is passionate about holistic health and wellness and began her journey using yoga as a tool to heal many systems of the body through the connection of movement, breath, and spirit. Experienced in vinyasa, hatha and restorative yoga.  Aside from teaching, she loves nature, reading, and dogs.

Alice Hurst

Registered and completed  200 hr YRT yoga instructor in 2019 and Yoga Nidra certification in 2021.  Alice's focus in yoga is on the mind, body, spirit connection.  Author of Upside Down Rainbow, Trauma Recovery of Mind, Body and Spirit, a true story of her recovery and journey into the world of yoga
