Restore and renew is an unhurried practice that gives you time to pause, let go, adjust, breathe, sink deeper in the pose and notice what you are feeling.

We will focus on safe alignment, slow transitions that softens and surrenders layers of deeply help tension.

Props to maximize benefits: Bolsters 2 blocks, blanket, strap (all provided) and eye mask.

Appropriate for all levels.
