Yoga Nidra is comprised of a series of body, breath and awareness techniques which are designed to help us drop from the thinking mind into a deeper state of consciousness, or being. As we practice deep relaxtion, we give our body the opportunity to regain balance and release tension.  With the continued practice of Yoga Nidra, we can more readily restore well-being to the body, mind, and soul.

Suggestions for your comfort: Please bring a yoga mat, a bolster or small pillow and water.  *While in this state of deep relaxation the body temperature can lower so bringing a blanket and socks are recommended.
